Enforcing alternate side parking on Genesee Street will be interesting. And how about those churchgoers who park anywhere and everywhere they want.

I know from experience --- don't call local government --- they won't help you out. City manager, city engineer, senators from Seneca Falls, they're all, you know, pretty much worthless.

Why is it that Social Security is going broke, but the war in Iraq and bloated congressional pensions are not?
