State police charge Jordan man with unlawful surveillance

A Jordan man was arrested Wednesday by state police on charges of unlawful surveillance.
The New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force with assistance from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations at Elbridge, charged Mark E. Boice, 52, of 46 N. Main St. Jordan, with one second-degree felony count of unlawful surveillance.
