The Auburn Avalanche split a soccer game with Fayetteville-Manlius, 2-2, in under-15 boys soccer.
The Avalanche jumped out to an early two-goal lead with Conor Soules scoring on a header from a corner kick, followed by an Ian Miller shot from the 18-yard box.
Fayetteville-Manlius dug in and rallied back late in the contest to even the score.
UNDER-16
Auburn 2, Marcellus 2
Matt Carberry opened the scoring for Auburn, driving in a cross early in the first half.
Marcellus came back with two goals early in the second half before Nicholas Neabel scored on a direct kick just short of the half to tie up the score. Andrew Battista and Tim Sprouli played well defensively for the Avalanche.
UNDER-19
Auburn 6, WYOSA Crew 1
After a slow start to the first half,the Avalanche offense came to life. Conor Soules opened the scoring and Nathaniel Gregg closed the scoring in the first half with a header.
Auburn would score four more goals by Jeremy Bennett, Anthony Daniziio, Gregg and Anthony Richichi.
Andrew Battista, Colton Gregg and Brendon Burke led the defense who held the Crew to only one goal.
