Travelers coming to Cayuga County via the state Thruway from the west may experience delays Tuesday near the Canandaigua exit.

The state Thruway Authority said a pavement repair project will run from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. near Interchange 44, closing an eastbound driving lane. The closure will affect about 1.2 miles of highway.
