Arcuri doesn't have the guts to stand up for us

Repeat after me: “Congressman Arcuri ain't got no guts.” “Congressman Arcuri ain't got no guts.” “Congressman Arcuri ain't ... ”
Let's illustrate this point of this former prosecutor, now U.S. congressman, see how Michael Arcuri has broken his vow, to preserve, protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.

It is now established that Bush and his crew have lied to Congress and the citizens of this country into an illegal war and occupation of another country. This is no problem for the gutless Michael Arcuri.

It is established that higher-ups in this administration have ordered torture as an established practice, contrary to the Constitution. This is no problem for the gutless Congressman Arcuri.

Do illegal spying on U.S. citizens without a court warrant contrary to FISA and the Fourth Amendment? This is no problem for the gutless Michael Arcuri.

There is now a bill in the House of Representatives to call President Bush and his crew to account: H.R 1258. This bill would hold to account President Bush through the impeachment trial which must be initiated in this chamber of Congress to make the president accountable in the only way possible, as detailed six times in the U.S. Constitution. However, the gutless Michael Arcuri refuses to co-sponsor this bill, unlike other members in this house.

Congressman Michael Arcuri ain't got no guts.

" Congress' vote was based on lies -- misinformation they were deliberately given to mislead them into thinking there were WMD and an imminent threat. I daresay that's whence accusations of illegal come. "

" What Mr. Kauber wrote was his opinion, not the facts. The war isn't illegal, congress voted to invade and the UN followed suite. Also, a recent bipartisan intelligence report from congress said the Bush used the information provided him at the time and unfortunately that intel was incorrect hence he didn't lie about reasons for invading Iraq.
Communications that begin or end in a foreign country may be wiretapped by the US government without supervision by the FISA Court. I don't think that is "domestic spying".
Those darn facts getting in the way of an emotional rant... "

" Refuted by whom, ms coulter? The Easter Bunny, or the Tooth Fairy?

It's gotta be really weird living where everything is upside down. How do you manage that? "

" Yet another nonsense, breathless liberal rant bringing up points that have been refuted numerous times.
Remember kids, emotions and feelings are more important than facts when debating.
I'm sure Cynthia McKinney will appreciate your vote Dave. "
