Dog owners need to be taught responsibility

Am I the only one that isn't deaf? If I can hear your dogs barking in our house/yard, you ought to be able to hear them in your house/yard. When you are outside, not paying attention to your dog, put him/her in the house. Stop walking past the dog, ignoring the reason for the barking. The constant barking indicates that you shouldn't have a dog because you don't know how to love or train it.
