ALBANY -- Gov. David Paterson plans to follow up his State of the State address with several town hall-style meetings in upstate New York.
Paterson is scheduled to deliver his speech Wednesday before a joint session of the Legislature.
On Monday the governor announced that he'll hold a series of at least four public meetings across upstate New York over the next six weeks, starting Sunday in Watertown. Other scheduled stops include western New York, the Finger Lakes region and the Southern Tier.
The governor's office says the full schedule with date, time and location will be announced after Wednesday's speech.
Paterson says he's making the upstate tour to hear the concerns of New Yorkers and to deliver his agenda for the coming year.
