Two people were sent to the hospital after a car accident Tuesday morning.

Two vehicles were involved in a head-on collison on Franklin Street Road at 7:40 a.m. near Parcel Road in Sennett. The drivers were transported to Auburn Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office is handling the investigation and did not release the names of the people involved.
