AUBURN - A 20-year-old Auburn man pleaded not guilty in Cayuga County Court Tuesday to charges that he sold crack cocaine to confidential informants on Oct. 27.
Duane Whitaker, of 10 Nelson St., apartment 1, is accused of selling drugs to confidential informants in two separate deals for a total of $100.
Whitaker is charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

No apartments, no trouble. VERY rarely does trouble come from the single family homes. "
