On a bigger stage
Ready to play against the strongest lacrosse competition possible, Auburn's Connor Entenmann decided to try out for the Under Armour All-America Underclassmen Games. What he got out of it was the experience of a lifetime.
“I saw an ad online for the tryouts and decided to give it a shot,” said Entenmann, who will be a high school senior in the fall. “I thought it would be good to try out and get the exposure from college coaches.”
Not sure what his chances were, Entenmann competed against nearly 150 other underclassmen at SUNY Cortland before making the cut as one of 24 lacrosse players for the Upstate New York team.
