Non-instructional subs important to school

I was pleased to hear that the Auburn school district non-instructional substitutes recently received a raise, bringing their salaries up to $8 per hour.
These dedicated and hard-working people have been working for years for minimum wage. They help keep our offices and classrooms functioning when permanent staff are off.
