We Auburnians live in a sad little city. I say sad because no matter what a city official does that is against the law, he gets away with it.

He's given a pat on the back and on top of that, he maintains his post! We must stop allowing family members to be appointed to jobs. Every human in this city has rights, civil, human and constitutional, but how can we get to exercise these rights when the person heading this organization is charged with committing crimes? We refuse to go to such a person knowing that any complaint filed will be a laughing matter if action is required.

I will protest against any city official who puts me or the people of Auburn's rights in jeopardy, no matter race, color or creed whether it be judge, D.A. or policeman. We will never get our city in order if we allow these organizations to let these things (criminal acts by officials) go on .

People call me with numerous complaints, some give their names, some don't. I'm not the complaint department but I listen, I investigate the issues and try to help resolve the matters. No person should be afraid to express their feelings!
