IGNITE, a live music fundraiser for Nick's Ride 4 Friends, will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the Absolute Dance Center, 41 Wall St., Auburn.

The event will feature live music by Kait Champagne with original choreography by Nikkia Borowski. There will also be raffles.

Champagne is the performing name of Kaitlyn Amodei, of Auburn.

"Addiction has left enough of a mark on my lovely little hometown of Auburn and I am hoping that this event may lights spark that will lead to the end of it," she said in an email.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students. Proceeds support Nick's Ride 4 Friends, a nonprofit that began as a tribute ride to Nick Campagnola, of Auburn, who died after an overdose of fentanyl and synthetic acid in 2015. The nonprofit promotes awareness of addition through recovery programs and community events.
