A 23-year-old Auburn man was recently arrested after he brought stolen property nabbed during a burglary to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said Tuesday they received a report claiming that a suspicious person was hanging out in the sheriff's Romulus law enforcement center. Following an investigation, Richard M. Yasher returned with property allegedly stolen from a Romulus business and was arrested in the center's parking lot.

Yasher, of 6233 W. Lake Road, Apt. 4, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, deputies said.

He was remanded into the custody of the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
