Seward Legacy Preservation, the group that opposes the removal of Thomas Cole's "Portage Falls on the Genesee" from the Seward House Museum in Auburn, will hold a follow-up meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Willard Memorial Chapel, 17 Nelson St. in Auburn.

According to a news release from the group, Auburn Mayor Michael Quill and three Cayuga County legislators will attend the meeting. A representative from Assemblyman Gary Finch's office will also attend.

New information will be provided at the event, the group said. There will also be a question-and-answer period.

A similar meeting was held last week at Auburn Public Theater. About 150 people attended the event.
