The Fair Haven Community Arts Center will hold its second annual Fair Haven Chamber of Commerce winter photography competition and exhibition Feb. 9. The photo competition is one of many events planned for the Winter Carnival that include a pancake breakfast, a scavenger hunt, a snow sculpture contest, food, raffles and an evening of dance.

The contest will showcase local area amateur and professional photographers and will be held at the Sabin Hall in the Fair Haven Beach State Park. Julieve Jubin, associate professor of photography at SUNY Oswego will be judging this year's event.
