A Cayuga Community College student was charged with felony criminal mischief on April 20 after he allegedly threw an egg from a sixth-story window and damaged a car.

Isaac Earl Nesbit, 25, of 3150 Broadway St. 9B, New York City, resides at Lattimore Hall on Genesee Street in Auburn, according to police.

Police said the egg damaged a vehicle below, causing scratches to the paint on the roof.

Police said Nesbit allegedly turned himself in and was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

    An egg? Really? Bet you can't see the scatches to the roof of the car w/o a magnifying glass. Felony? This strikes me as excessive. This is not a serious enough act to merit a felony charges. To destroy someone's life over an idiot prank is immoral.
