The Wienermobile is here.

One of Oscar Mayer's famed vehicles, hot dog shape and all, will be visiting several local spots this week. The vehicle's staff of "hotdoggers" will hand out coupons and wiener whistles, and will also host various  family-friendly activities throughout the day.

The Wienermobile's tour of the nearby area will start on Thursday in Owasco at the Ward W. O'Hara Agricultural Museum. The vehicle will be at the museum's Festival of Trees, 6880 East Lake Road, from 4 to 8 p.m.

On Friday, the Wienermobile will stop at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Waterloo, 1860 North Road, from noon to 5 p.m.

Finally, the vehicle will make an appearance at the It's a Wonderful Life Parade and Festival in Seneca Falls at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
