The baseboard behind the main counter area requires cleaning due to excessive amount of dirt and grease build up. Mold growth noted behind the three-bay sink.

• Great Garden Chinese Restaurant, 116 Main St., Moravia: satisfactory. The filters in the exhaust hood require cleaning due to excessive grease build up.

• Giuseppe's Pizzeria, 75 Owasco St., Auburn: satisfactory. The bottom of the cooler unit in the main kitchen is being held together with duct tape. The shelving in the walk-in cooler is covered in mold. Door frames and walls are noted to be covered in food debris including grease and pizza sauce.

• Holiday Inn, 75 North St., Auburn: unsatisfactory. Strawberries found in the four door cooler unit and inside the wall-in cooler noted to be adulterated. Four eight-ounce containers of strawberries were noted to contain berries in various stages of decomposition. Multiple strawberries were found to be covered in mold and brown slime. The containers of strawberries were voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection. A five-gallon container of chicken riggie sauce noted to be improperly stored uncovered in the walk in cooler. The ice maker is missing the front cover, leaving the internal components of the machine exposed. Excessive ice build up noted in the back corner of the walk in freezer. The back corner of the walk in freezer is noted to have exposed insulation and cracked broken concrete present. Significant amount of fruit flies noted on and around the post mix soda dispenser in the main kitchen area.
