• Joseph E. Ferrara, 42, 28 Bradford St., Auburn, was charged Jan. 14 with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

• David A. Marr, 49, 8310 West Loop Road, Port Byron, was picked up on a warrant Jan. 16 and charged with issuing a bad check.

• James A. Jeffrey, 21, homeless, Auburn, was charged Jan. 17 with fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Patrick D. Smith Sr., 28, 14 N. Albany St., Auburn, was charged Jan. 19 with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and criminal violation of ignition interlock device.

• Brendon J. Harvey, 21, 128 N. Seward Ave., Auburn, was charged Jan. 19 with false personation, second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

• Gordon J. Sawyer, 44, 163 Barker Rd., Jordan, was charged Jan. 19 with petit larceny.

• Marcella M. Redmond, 23, 189 Genesee St. Apt. 1, Auburn, was charged Jan. 19 with petit larceny.

• Cleveland E. Boswell, 44, 36 Pulaski St., Auburn, was charged Jan. 19 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Cleveland E. Boswell, 44, 189 Genesee St. Apt. 5, Auburn, was charged Jan. 20 with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

• John E. Laplante, 59, Cato, was charged Jan. 16 with unlawful growth of cannabis.

• Dorion W. Bui, 16, Weedsport, was charged Jan. 11 with first-degree rape.

• Theresa M. Estebanez, 31, Sempronius, was picked up on a warrant Jan. 16 and charged with two counts of third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material, criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Charles J. DiFabio, 42, Auburn, was charged Jan. 18 with driving while intoxicated.

• Jennifer L. Mattes, 24, Auburn, was charged Jan. 18 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree forgery.

• Kaitlin J. Lothridge, 23, Union Springs, was charged Jan. 19 with false personation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.
