AUBURN — Julian M. Stack, 86, of Auburn, passed away on March 7, 2018 at the Commons on St. Anthony. He was the son of the late Ludwik and Agnes Hall Stachniewicz. Julian loved hunting, fishing and gardening around the house. He also enjoyed traveling to different places around the country, but most of all spending time with his six grandchildren.
He is survived by two sons, Mark Stack and his wife, Renee, of Auburn, and Scott Stack, of Auburn; two daughters, Tammy Neuman and her husband, Richard, of Huntington Station, and Theresa Metras and her husband, Marty, of Franklin, Mass.; former wife, Lorna Glendinning, of Throop; brother, Leo Stack and his wife, Marge, of Auburn; sister, Helen Turek, of Florida; grandchildren, Breanna, Sarah, Katelyn, Megan, Katrina and Anthony; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Julian was predeceased by siblings, Anthony, Francis, Stanley, Victor, Elenor and Henry.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Brew Funeral Home, 48 South St., Auburn, with a funeral service at 5 p.m.
