Rockers reunite

The members of The Esquires, a central New York band active 52 years ago, reunited at the Blue Water Grill in Skaneateles Oct. 4. From left is Mike "Leprechaun" Thompson (vocals), of Savannah and now living in Newark, who is retired from radio broadcasting and worked for the Army U.S. Postal Service; Bob "Nooch" Antenucci (bass), of Geneva and now living in Maryland, who is retired from Kraft Foods; Mike "Fuzzy" DeFazio (guitar), of Geneva and now living in Penn Yan, a former Marine and NYSEG employee; Frank "Fingers" Caito (guitar), of Geneva, who is a retired piano tuner technician and still plays professionally; and Lenny "Turtle" Nocilly (drums), of Auburn and now living in Skaneateles, who is retired from Onondaga Community College, a private percussion instructor and manager of an apartment complex in Skaneateles. The five plan to reunite again in the distant future.
