The Eberhardt family announces they have an agreement with JGB Enterprises to operate the Hotel Clarence in Seneca Falls.

In addition to the Sherwood Inn and several affiliated properties in Skaneateles, they also operate several other venues including the newly renovated Colgate Inn on the Village Green in Hamilton, the Hamilton Inn on Lake Moraine and Phoebe’s in Syracuse.

Hotel Clarence, 108 Fall St., has been a part of Seneca Falls for nearly 100 years; it used to be known as the Gould Hotel. The venue was recently renovated to offer a more contemporary style.

JGB Enterprises and the Eberhardts entered into a long-term agreement to operate all aspects of the food, beverage and lodging of the Hotel Clarence as well as its sister property, The Red Mill Inn in Baldwinsville.

The Hotel Clarence currently offers 48 guest rooms, banquet space for up to 125 guests and an on-site restaurant. It will have an open house in mid-April. For information, call 712-4000 or visit www.hotelclarence.com.
