Katie Elizabeth Loperfido and Zachary Addison Blackwell were married at 5 p.m. Aug. 4, 2017, in the Emerson Park Pavilion, with Geoffrey Fritsch officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Loperfido, of Weedsport.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Blackwell, of Tallahassee, Florida.
The matron of honor was Ashley Savino, cousin of the bride. Other attendants were Lacey Blackwell, sister-in-law of the groom, Paige Loperfido, sister-in-law of the bride, and Sarah Carolan-Rodriguez, Melissa Chehovich and Erin Savino, cousins of the bride.
The best man was Coleman Blackwell, brother of the groom. Ushers included Kevin Beck, Ben Cockrell, Omar Hajjar, Jack Lane and Christopher Loperfido, brother of the bride.
The bride was escorted by her father and wore an ivory A-line Maggie Sottero gown.

The reception was held at the Emerson Park Pavilion and a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Chantelle-Marie.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Weedsport Jr.-Sr. High School, a 2011 graduate of SUNY Oswego and a 2015 graduate of Gonzaga University, where she earned a master's degree. She is employed at IMGE as a senior account manager.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Chiles High School in Tallahassee and a 2012 graduate of Florida State University. He earned his CPA license in 2013, and is employed at RSM as a consulting manager.
The couple honeymooned in Greece, Italy and The Netherlands. They live in Tampa, Florida.
The bride and the groom simply state, "You never know where a blind date will lead you."
