Auburn Public Theater will welcome three comedians this week as part of My Big Fat Italian Comedy Festival, the downtown theater's first comedy festival.

Performing Thursday, July 18, will Joe Devito. With appearances on Comedy Central, "Last Comic Standing" and more, DeVito has also contributed to Maxim, MTV and the film "Super Size Me" as a writer. He last performed at Auburn Public Theater in January. Opening the show will be Vinnie Mark.

Next, on Friday, July 19, will be Tammy Pescatelli, who last performed at the theater in 2017. She has a one-hour special, "Finding the Funny," on Amazon Prime and iTunes, and was a top-five finalist on "Last Comic Standing." Opening the show will be Sara Shipley.

Rounding out the festival on Saturday, July 20, will be Jeff Jena, who will be performing at the Auburn theater for the first time. His appearances include "Comics Unleashed," "The Dennis Miller Show" and more, and he also writes for comics like Ron White and Marty Allen. Opening the show will be Ralph Tetta.

All shows take place at 8 p.m. at the theater, 8 Exchange St., Auburn. Tickets are $15-$20.
