Loretto CEO and President Dr. Kimberly Townsend will release her first book later this month, "Lifecircle Leadership."
The book reflects on her time as CEO at Loretto and its growth, improved service and employee satisfaction, and its impact on the local community. The fourth-largest health care provider in central New York, Loretto has 19 locations, including The Commons on St. Anthony in Auburn. Loretto purchased the nursing facility, formerly Mercy Health and Rehabilitation Center, in 2013.
Townsend writes in the book, “By revitalizing your mission, vision and values, you can position yourself and your organization as an industry leader and create a renewed sense of pride and trust from both internal and external audiences.”
