Good vibes, good times, good friends — if that is what you are seeking this summer, then please join Cayuga/Seneca Community Action Agency at our 23rd annual Taste for Community Action from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 19, at the newly renovated Auburn Holiday Inn.
Upon checking in for the event, each attendee is provided a personal wine glass for tastings from our growing list of vendors, including CB Craft Brewers, Bet the Farm Winery, Fox Run Vineyards, Fulkerson Winery, Glenora Wine Cellars, Hosmer Winery, Knapp Winery, Montezuma Winery, The Good Shepherds Brewing Co. and Treleaven Wines of King Ferry. For those who prefer to sample non-alcoholic beverages, 3 Leaf Tea and Crow City Roasters will also be present.
The advance sale ticket price of $30 will also allow each attendee to sample the area’s greatest fare from a variety of vendors, including Auburn Clambake, BJ's Wholesale Club, Cayuga Lake Creamery, del Lago Resort & Casino, Moe's Southwest Grill, Muzzi’s D’Italia Ice, Oak & Vine at Springside, The Refinery Modern Fare, Strawberry Fields Hydroponic Farm, Wildflowers Café and Wild’s Eats & Sweets.
The Rounds will be performing in the main ballroom and John Lerner will be entertaining all who venture into the courtyard to taste many delectable samples from vendors located near the pool.

If you would like to join in on the excitement of the evening, advanced sale tickets are available now for $30 dollars, or you can buy five and get one free (six tickets for $150). Tickets may also be purchased for $35 at the door the evening of the event. Volunteers are needed to help work the event in a variety of ways. Volunteers who give an hour of their time are eligible to attend the remainder of the event for free. Grab a friend and join us for the night as volunteers and guests! Proceeds from Taste for Community Action support agency-wide programs and services designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, lower energy costs and consumption, strengthen families and mitigate crisis.
