The Harlem Wizards

The Harlem Wizards basketball team will visit Skaneateles High School for a game from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25.

The world-famous team will play against a collection of Skaneateles administrators, teachers, principals and community members at the school, 49 E. Elizabeth St., Skaneateles. Proceeds from the game will support the Skaneateles Elementary PTC.

The event will also include a pregame warmup, contests, comedy, slam dunks, audience participation, merchandise giveaways and, at the end, the Wizards' signature dance with the crowd.

Tickets for the game are $10 to $30, and go on sale Jan. 4. Additionally, the Skaneateles High School School Improvement Team will conduct a food drive at the event. Nonperishable goods will be collected at the door and donated to the Skaneateles Food Pantry.

Since the team's founding in 1962, the Wizards have played more than 15,000 games throughout the U.S. and raised more than $25 million for schools and charitable causes.
