Car starts on fire after accident in Sennett

SENNETT — A vehicle burned after a car accident in the town of Sennett Saturday. 

At around 11:15 a.m. the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office responded to an accident on Route 34 near Manrow Road in Sennett. New York State Police, the Sennett Fire Department and two ambulances were also called to the scene. 

According to the sheriff's office, no serious injuries were reported. But one of the vehicles involved was destroyed by fire.
