NILES, N.Y. — Frederick Eberhardt Jr., 97, of Niles, N.Y., died Sunday, July 14, 2019, at Auburn Community Hospital.
Mr. Eberhardt was born in Niles, a son of Frederick and Emma Lydia Kammer Eberhardt Sr. He was a resident of Niles for most of his life. He had been employed at P & S Textile in Skaneateles Falls and was a World War II Army veteran serving in Normandy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, and Luxembourg with the 101st Airborne Division. He received The Bronze Star Medal and the Conspicuous Service Award.
He is survived by children, Frederick Eberhardt III (Barbara), Candace Eberhardt, Deborah Eberhardt, and Patricia Vona (Jerry), (preceded in death by infant son, Ralph Eberhardt and Diane Foisia); 10 grandchildren; several great and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Bertha Rowe, Helen Cuddeback, Evelyn Murray, Lorraine Denman, and Joann Bell.
Mr. Eberhardt had requested no services.

AUBURN — Christopher D. Barnhart, 42, of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2019.
Christopher was born in Auburn on April 6, 1977 to Donald Barnhart and Karen Adsit. He was a true handyman and jack of all trades. Christopher loved riding his motorcycle and working on cars. He was always willing to help family and friends when in need.
Along with his parents, Christopher is survived by his loving girlfriend of 20 years, Cassy O’Neill; their son, Logan Barnhart; his sister, Stacy Barnhart; his brother, James Barnhart; several nieces and nephews; and countless family and friends.

AUBURN — Verna “Pat” Jorolemon, 95, passed away at The Finger Lakes Center for Living surrounded by her loving family and caring staff on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
Pat is survived by her brother, Donald (Angie) Bowden; her daughter, Sharon (Michael) Stowell; her son, Robert (Teresa) Jorolemon, and son-in-law, David Guilfoyle. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

AUBURN — Kimberly L. Ward, 39, of Auburn, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019.
Kimberly was a caring and loving mother and aunt. She loved spending time with the family and being in the great outdoors.
She is survived by her son, Taylor Duthie; parents, Wilmer and Lucy Ward; and brothers, Thomas Ward, and Michael Ward.
Kimberly was predeceased by her son, Liam Shaffer, and brother, Wilmer Ward II.

SKANEATELES — Elizabeth Davis Boudreau, 91, formerly of Skaneateles, N.Y., passed away surrounded by family on July 13, 2019.
Beth was born in Geneva, Ill. to Ralph Waldo Davis and Geraldine W. Davis on May 19, 1928. After she attained Valedictorian at Sullins High School in 1946, she married Dr. Robert Page Boudreau on July 2, 1947. For the following 15 years during Bob’s residency and fellowships they moved to North Carolina, Boston, Philadelphia, London, Sweden, Baltimore, and finally returned to Bob’s hometown, Syracuse, in 1962 settling in DeWitt. In 1964 they built a house on Skaneateles Lake, where they moved permanently in 1970.
While raising six children, Beth was always ready to contribute to the needs of local charities Meals-On-Wheels, Friends in Service Here (FISH), Unity Acres, and Unity Kitchen, where she and Bob helped prepare meals every Monday in Bob’s retirement.
Passionate about opera and other classical music, Beth co-founded, with the collaboration of close friends Lindsay Grove and Louise Robinson, the Skaneateles Chamber Music Festival in 1979, originally held on the second floor of the library. Today, the Skaneateles Festival is an international music festival bringing world-class music to Skaneateles Lake. Beth served as the first president and was instrumental in obtaining designation with the New York State Council for The Arts (NYSCA) that allowed the festival to grow to what it is today.
Beautiful, elegant, brilliant, and compassionate, Beth was loved by all who knew her. She was extremely well read and a voracious reader and an avid gardener, who surrounded her home on the lake with breathtaking flower gardens. Most of all she was a warm, kind, and generous person who opened her home and her heart to many travelers, musicians, friends, and family, who will carry strains of Beth in themselves.
Beth was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Bob; her brother, Scott Davis; brother-in-law, Donald Boudreau, and sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Liz) Fagan Boudreau.
Beth is survived by her six children, Elizabeth S., Robert (Alison Gilles), Edward (Zui Hui), Thomas, Kathleen (Jack Joyce), and Michael (Julie Stafford); seven grandchildren, Eleanor, Paul, Julia Martin, Ian Joyce, Dylan Joyce, Emily, and Hannah; two great-grandchildren, Abigail and Robert Martin; and sister-in-law, Betty Jane Boudreau.
A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, in St. Mary’s of the Lake Church, 81 Jordan St., Skaneateles.

BALDWINSVILLE — Roxanne Crane, 62, of Baldwinsville, passed away Thursday, July 11.
She was predeceased by her brother, Dennis, and beloved companion, Russell Stoneburg.
Surviving are a son, Kenneth (Heather); daughter, Tanya; brothers, Richard, Henry, and Donald; sisters, Sallyanne, Nancy and Paula; and granddaughter, Teagan.

CATO — Michael B. Lloyd, 50, of Cato, passed away July 13, 2019, at Upstate University Hospital.
He was born in Auburn, the son of the late Ronald Lloyd (2001), and Joanne Patchett Lloyd. He enjoyed collecting antique tractors, trapping, deer hunting, working for the NYS Department of Transportation, and camping with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Holmes Lloyd; mother, Joanne Lloyd, of Cato; daughter, Rylee Lloyd, of Cato; son, Avery Lloyd, of Cato; brother, Jason (Heidi) Lloyd, of Cato; sister, Debra (David) Lowrey, of North Bradenton, Fla.; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato. A service will follow calling hours at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held after the service in Cato Union Cemetery.

AUBURN — Nancy A. DiLallo, 86, of Auburn, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019, at Finger Lakes Center for Living.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Nancy was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Quinzi Salvatore. She retired from Cayuga County as a senior stenographer.
Nancy loved to travel and was always up for a trip, including New Orleans and the Alaskan cruise that she took by herself. Nancy was an avid bowler, enjoyed walks with her daughters, loved watching the New York Mets, and had a strong passion for the theater. Her most enjoyable moments were spending time with her family and attending countless sporting events to support her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She never missed a game. Nancy’s summers were booked solid watching softball.
Nancy is survived by her children, Linda (Craig) Wright, Debbie Milillo, Richard (Melonne) DiLallo, Trish DiLallo, and Amy DiLallo; her grandchildren, Melissa (Corey) Chapman, Michele (Eric) Andreassen, BJ Hulik (Ashley Gleason), and Nicole Milillo; her great-grandchildren, Jack, Lucy, and Ben Chapman, Evan and Emma Donovan, Grace Andreassen, Blake Hulik and Hallie Gleason; her sister, Marie Mentillo; her brother, Anthony (Terri) Salvatore; her sisters-in-law, Genevieve Salvatore, Florence Salvatore, Mary Jo DiLallo, and Ginny Santimaw; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Louis P. DiLallo; her son-in-law, Nico Milillo; her great-granddaughter, Madison Donovan; sisters, Josephine Antonacci, and Connie Stanzak; brothers, John, Jim, and Frank Salvatore; and several brothers and sisters-in-law.

CATO — Steven Titus, 73, of Cato, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019.
Steven was born in Auburn on June 20, 1946, to the late Herbert and Betty Welch Titus.
Steven is survived by his loving wife, Ann Titus; his stepchildren, Jacqueline and Stephen Deville; his son, Scott Titus; his two sisters, Helen and Cindy; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Honoring Steven’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.

AUBURN — Rosetta M. Fiorenzo, 86, of Highland Street Extension, Auburn, died Friday, July 12, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her caring and compassionate family.
Rosa was born in Mazra Del Vallo, Sicily, the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Maria Micelli. Rosa had spent most of her life in Auburn and was a communicant of Saint Francis Church, where she was a member of their Sacred Heart Society. She was a talented woman, and worked locally at TRW Manufacturing and Ideal Cleaners. Together with her sister, Maria, she had owned and operated a bakery in Toronto, Canada.
Signora Fiorenzo was a fine seamstress and knitter. She enjoyed cooking and working in her garden. In recent years, it wouldn’t be impossible to see Rosa in one of the fine local casinos.
Besides her parents, Rosetta was predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 2004. She had also lost one sister, Margarita Spadafora; and a brother, Gasperino Micelli.
Mrs. Fiorenzo is survived by one son, Joseph, of Auburn; a daughter, Nancy Husband and her spouse, Deryl, of Rochester; her sisters, Maria Ezechia, of Toronto, together with Giovanna, Pina, Anna, and Vita, all of Sicily; three grandchildren, Ashley Granato, Jessica Delmege, and Christina Harradine; as well as three great-grandchildren, Evalina, Nora, and Allie.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Mass of Christian burial to be offered at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Saint Francis Church, on Clark Street, Auburn. Entombment will follow in Saint Joseph’s Mausoleum, Fleming, N.Y. Rosetta possessed a certain classic, elegant and timeless beauty; a characteristic surpassed only by her everlasting love and devotion to her family.
SCIPIO CENTER — Allen R. Jones, 54, of Scipio Center, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019.
Allen was born April 6, 1965 in Ithaca, a son of the late David D. and Betty (Wyckoff) Jones. He attended Southern Cayuga Central School, prior to serving with the U.S. Army from 1984 until 1987. Allen was employed with O’Hara Machinery, Ag Trac of Genoa, Lakeland Equipment in Savannah, and most recently by the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. He enjoyed collecting model tractors and loved being on Cayuga Lake.
He is survived by a son, Curtis Jones, of King Ferry; a daughter, Jessica Stowell (Jereme), of Moravia; two grandchildren, Jacob and Lillian Stowell; his seven siblings: David “Bruce” Jones, Debra Kellogg, Patti Rossbach, Roy Jones, Cliff Jones, Diane Banner, and Ned Jones; and a large extended family.
Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at the Shurtleff Funeral Home, 10117 Route 90, Genoa. A private memorial service for family will follow. Friends and family are also invited to a reception beginning at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Scipio Fire Station.

AUBURN — Angela M. (Mucedola) Wilcox, 67, of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at SUNY Upstate Hospital.
She was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret DeLuca Mucedola. Angela taught as an elementary teacher for many years in several school districts including Auburn, Weedsport, Union Springs, Port Byron, and more recently Skaneateles.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Andra (Steve) Case; grandsons, Stephen and Andrew Case; sister, Peggy (Jim) Spano; brother, Anthony (Stephen) Mucedola; brother-in-law, Matthew Mattie; Andra’s father, James Wilcox; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and especially her closest nieces, Jamisan Spano, and Celia Mattie, and nephew, little Jim Spano.
In addition to her parents, Angela was predeceased by her sister, Alicia Mattie.
Friends are invited to join the family at 11 a.m. this Friday in St. Francis of Assisi Church for Angela’s Mass of Christian burial.

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Suzanne Bowie Kulp, of Binghamton, N.Y., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Saturday, July 13, 2019. She was 86 years old.
Born in Binghamton to her parents, Joseph and Winifred Welch, Suzanne grew up in Binghamton and graduated from Binghamton Central High School. Here she made and continued to keep lifelong friends. She wholeheartedly dedicated her life to providing, caring, and loving her six children, her step-children, grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
Suzanne was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Winifred Welch; her brother, Joseph Welch, and her husband, Chester Kulp.
She is lovingly survived by her six children, Debra (Joel) Laczak, Michael Bowie, Steven Bowie, James Bowie, William (Mary Jo) Bowie, and Lisa (Craig) Jacobs; her grandchildren, Lindsay (Jeffrey) Rinker, Michael (Diana) Rozboril, Jamie (Kayla) Swagler, Josh (Kayla) Swagler, Daniel Bowie, Sarah (Jenise) Soules, and Bethany (Jesse) Hartley; along with 15 grandchildren. Her step-daughters were also an integral part of her life: Christine Richardson, Kathryn Surowka, and Peggy Zurla; along with their children and grandchildren. Other survivors include her sister-in-law, Marcia Welch, and nieces, Winifred Kinney, Cynthia Butz, Elizabeth Gustafson, Lorraine Welch, and Suzanne Carpenter. Being so deeply religious as she was, many visits were made to Medjugorje with her very close friends in her prayer group whose friendship have endured throughout the years. Thank you for always being there for her. Suzanne was a Chenango Forks Football Booster Club member, a lifelong New York Giants fan and a devoted follower of “DWTS.”
Her family was her whole life. Her absence will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
A funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church, Clubhouse Road, Vestal. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton.

PORT BYRON — Paul L. Waterman Jr., 77, left in the arms of our Lord at 1:24 a.m., on Nov. 7, 2018, as a result of complications related to Parkinson’s disease.
He was born on March 31, 1941 to the late Paul L. Waterman Sr. and Clara (Wilson) Waterman, in Auburn, N.Y.
He is survived by his current wife of 31 years, Maxine (Wade) Waterman; his first wife, Susan (Olson) Waterman; five sons, Mark (Shelley) Waterman, of Erie, Pa., Charles (Joan) Waterman, of Randolph, N.Y., Gregory (Jennifer) Waterman, of Warren, Tim (Sharon) Wade, of Warren, and Paul L. Waterman III, of Lake City, Fla.; nine granddaughters, Emily, Liz, Chelsie, Abby, Rachel, Renee, and Miranda Waterman, Kaitlyn Wade and Amber (Tyler) Tucker, of Ocala, Fla.; his brother, Phil (Marcia) Waterman, of Red Creek, N.Y.; his sister, Mary (Les) Mack, of Selma, Ala.; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Gary (Betsy), and his second wife, Sandra (Helton) Waterman.
Paul graduated from Port Byron Central School in 1959. He was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged in February of 1965. He worked at Warren State Hospital as a nurse and nurse supervisor for 25 years, retiring in 1996 to Florida, and returning to Pennsylvania in 2006. While in Florida, he raised quarter horses and worked on his friend’s farm in Ocala, Fla. Paul was a staunch Buffalo Bills fan (no matter what their record). His most favorite pastime was any and all family gatherings and visits. He enjoyed country music, playing his guitar, hiking, hunting deer, yard work, and keeping the truck clean and polished. Always willing to lend a helping hand or give a hug, his kindness, caring, and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.
Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of Paul’s life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019, in Countryside United Methodist Church in the hamlet of Spring Lake, 10517 Duck Lake Road, Port Byron, NY 13140.

WEEDSPORT — Verna “Pat” Jorolemon, 95, passed away at The Finger Lakes Center for Living surrounded by her loving family and caring staff on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
Pat was born in the town of Brutus on Jan. 22, 1924 and resided most of her life in Weedsport and Jordan. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Blanche Lush Bowden. Pat graduated from Weedsport High School in 1942 and then attended Crouse Irving School of Nursing where she earned her R.N. degree. Shortly after, Pat married her husband, Art, and they went on to celebrate 59 years of marriage. They had three children, Bonnie, Sharon, and Bobby. As a nurse, Pat worked at the Gibson Home in Weedsport. She also worked part-time for the family business, Otis Jorolemon and Sons.
As an adult, Pat was a very active member of the Weedsport First Baptist Church. She served as the Sunday school superintendent and volunteered with the White Cross. Her hobbies included flower gardening, baking, and crafting special gifts for her grandchildren. She and Art spent 20 years “snowbirding” in Florida where they made many lifelong friends. But Pat’s finest accomplishment was spending time with her family, whether it was traveling, playing cards, or making their favorite foods.
Pat was predeceased by her husband, Art; her daughter, Bonnie Guilfoyle; and sister, Marcia Bowden.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Michael) Stowell, of Charleston, S.C.; a son, Robert (Teresa) Jorolemon, of Weedsport, and son-in-law, David Guilfoyle, of Endicott. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, in the First Baptist Church Weedsport. Burial will follow in Weedsport Rural Cemetery.

WEEDSPORT — Warren R. Carpenter, 91, of Rude Street, Weedsport, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019, at The Commons on St. Anthony Street.
Mr. Carpenter was born in South Onondaga, N.Y. on Sept. 19, 1927, to the late Charles B. and Esther Wilcox Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter proudly served his country with the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from the former Consolidated Gas Corporation as a gas measurement specialist. Warren was a long standing member and former commander of the Clark-Heck American Legion Post #568, of Weedsport, N.Y.
Warren is survived by his loving family, his children, Gregg (Jolene) Carpenter, of Auburn, Kim (Jo) Fey, of Weedsport, Steve (Julie) Carpenter, of Camillus, Mark Carpenter, of Auburn, and Shari Carpenter Olmstead, of Newfield; 10 beloved grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; his four sisters, Jean Thompson, of Manlius, Jodelle Fletcher, Daurice Carpenter, and Alison Carpenter, all of Syracuse.
In addition to his parents, Warren was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty L. Carpenter in 2010.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019, at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Drive, Weedsport. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 15, at the funeral home. Mr. Carpenter will be laid to rest next to his wife, Betty in Weedsport Rural Cemetery. A reception will immediately follow at the legion.
