AUBURN — Angela M. (Mucedola) Wilcox, 67, of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at SUNY Upstate Hospital.
She was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret DeLuca Mucedola. Angela taught as an elementary teacher for many years in several school districts including Auburn, Weedsport, Union Springs, Port Byron, and more recently Skaneateles.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Andra (Steve) Case; grandsons, Stephen and Andrew Case; sister, Peggy (Jim) Spano; brother, Anthony (Stephen) Mucedola; brother-in-law, Matthew Mattie; Andra’s father, James Wilcox; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and especially her closest nieces, Jamisan Spano, and Celia Mattie, and nephew, little Jim Spano.

In addition to her parents, Angela was predeceased by her sister, Alicia Mattie.
Friends are invited to join the family at 11 a.m. this Friday in St. Francis of Assisi Church for Angela’s Mass of Christian burial.
