PORT BYRON — Clark A. Jackson Jr., 70, of Route 38, Port Byron, passed away at his home after an extended illness on May 14, 2019.
Mr. Jackson was born in Sodus, N.Y., the son of Florence and Clark Jackson Sr. He worked as a maintenance coordinator for Crucible Steel of Syracuse for 37 years. He was an avid bowler, but most of all he loved his family.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years the former, Virginia Smith; daughters, Shannon (James) Bellerdine, of Elbridge, and Valerie Jackson, of Brandon, Fla.; grandchildren, Nicholas Bellerdine, Elizabeth Wilkinson, and Charles Ian Goddard.
He was predeceased by several siblings.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in Conquest Cemetery, Route 38, Port Byron.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202 or 1-800 Diabetes in Mr. Jackson’s name.
