ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Michael Dwyer, 65, of St. Petersburg, Fla., passed away unexpectedly May 5, 2019.
He was born July 8, 1953 to the late Edward J. Dwyer Sr. and Patricia Pottinger. Mike graduated from Union Springs High School. He spent his working years in New York working in construction prior to moving to Florida. Mike enjoyed helping friends and family. He enjoyed being in the outdoors with wildlife and a nice campfire. He was so passionate about his love for animals and nature, from catching a salamander or other creatures for his kids at a nearby lake, stream, or ocean to look and learn from. Whether it was hiking in the woods or planting a garden, he did it with great passion. He was intrigued by the stars and could be caught in complete contentment stargazing. He could take something that no one saw value in and would create something beautiful. He loved reading and soaking up new information and ideas and would draw on any piece of paper he find to share these passions with his children, friends and family.
