The Port Byron/Union Springs baseball team busted out the bats and banged out 18 hits in a 19-0 win over Onondaga that was called after four innings because of the mercy rule.
Ryan Walter had four singles and three RBIs to lead the attack. Brandon Relfe (two doubles, RBI) and Jake McNabb (double, three RBIs) each had three hits.
Ryan Bailey had a pair of doubles and three RBIs. Zach Nickerson had a pair of hits and four RBIs. Caleb Roden had two hits, including a double and an RBI. Nick Jefferds (RBI) and Ben Longyear each had a pair of hits.
Nickerson picked up the win on the mound, allowing two hits in four innings with a pair of strikeouts.
Tioga 4, Moravia 0: Bailey Williamson, Kenzie Tarby and Dakotah Young-Ross each had a hit for the Blue Devils.
On the mound, Illeana Ramirez took the loss as she allowed four runs on three hits and struck out four.
Tully 17, Jordan-Elbridge 4: Nicole Brown, Ireland Hill, Gabriella Smart and Margo Miller each scored a goal for the Eagles. Clara Derby added an assist.
Goalie Gabrielle Skotniski made 11 saves.
Auburn 16, Central Square 7: The Maroons stormed out to a 7-1 lead by halftime in the win.
Greg Walsh scored three goals and dished out six assists to lead Auburn, while Griffin Dautrich netted four goals. Lucas Hogan (two assists) and Kiernan Scanlan both scored twice, and Ross Burgmaster, Nick Schattinger (two assists), Liam Schulz and Nick Pipher rounded out the scoring. Hogan led the team in ground balls with six while Owen Spearing picked up five. Aiden Tardif made 11 saves.
Auburn is 4-2.
Skaneateles 5, LaFayette 0: Duncan Raddant won 6-1, 6-2 at first singles, Luke Lynn swept second singles 6-0, 6-0, and Trevor Knupp emerged in third singles 6-2, 6-1.
Chris Burgher and Jack Panasci teamed up to take first doubles 6-2, 6-4, and Andrew Neumann and Nate Fouts won second doubles 6-1, 6-1.
