Syracuse coach Dino Babers talks with quarterback Eric Dungey Sept. 22 during a game against Connecticut.

The Syracuse University football team will be holding its spring scrimmage Saturday and fans are invited to come to the Carrier Dome for some fun activities and also purchase 2019 season tickets.

Admission and parking are both free, however donations will be collected at entry gates by the United Way of Central New York. No donation is required but donations of $1 to $5 are appreciated to support members of the Syracuse community.

Fans should park in the surface lots across from the Dome (STADIUM, WEST) and enter the building through Gates A, B, C, D, E or F. Gates open at 12:30 p.m.

There will be a ‘Cuse Fan Zone outside the Carrier Dome between Gates C and E from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fans are invited to meet the members of Syracuse’s 1966 backfield (Floyd Little, Larry Csonka, Tom Coughlin) and enjoy a wide array of food and beverage options before heading into the Dome. There will be a DJ and the Toyota Family Zone, complete with inflatables and tailgate games, will be open.

From 11 a.m. to noon, Little, Csonka and Coughlin will be part of an autograph session in the Legend’s Lounge tent. Former SU stars James Mungro, Eric Dungey and Dan Conley will be part of a Q&A on stage.

From noon to 1 p.m. Little, Csonka and Coughlin will be part of a Q&A on stage and Mungro, Dungey and Conley will sign autographs in the Legends Lounge tent.

The scrimmage will be held from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. as the Orange, coming off a 10-3 season that included a Camping World Bowl victory, make their 2019 debut. The scrimmage will be broadcast locally on TK99. An in-stadium show with TK99 morning show hosts Gomez and Lisa and live commentary from Babers is also planned.

Following the scrimmage at 2:45, fans are invited onto the field for autographs. Autograph cards and pens will be provided. Otto the Orange and members of the Syracuse cheerleading team will be available during that time for photos. Fans can also have their picture taken with Csonka, Coughlin, Little and other Orange greats at the 50-yard line.
