The Cayuga Lake National Bank Pee Wees earned two wins during the weekend.

Auburn started off with a 5-1 win over Clinton, led by goals from Finley Hogan, Owen Birchard, Luciano Carnicelli, Eric Behrman and Jack Burns. Seamus Gentile-Ovens, Mason Vitale, Addison Coopper, Ethan Clough and James Clough had assists. Paige Smith made seven saves.

Auburn beat Lysander 9-2 on Sunday. Burns recorded a hat trick, while Birchard and Coopper (assist) both scored twice. Hogan and Andrew Jones rounded out the scoring. Gentile-Ovens, Vitale, Carnicelli, Behrman and James Clough posted assists. Smith recorded 19 saves.

Bantams

The Simmonds, Brady & Loi travel team participated in the 28th annual Central Mass Winter Classic Hockey Tournament over the weekend and came in fourth.

In Auburn's first game on Friday, the Ice Hawks defeated the Plymouth Whalers 7-0. Mitchell White, Christian Bouley (assist) and Jack Chapman all scored twice and Ethan Moore rounding out the scoring. Trey Masters, Matt Donovan and Joe Herrick had assists, and Lucas Hooker made 11 saves.

The Ice Hawks fell 5-4 to Wilmington in their second game. Chapman scored twice with Bouley and White chipping in with goals. Auburn was shut out by the Long Island Rebels, 2-0, in its final game. Hooker made 34 saves in the loss.
