About Smiley’s Town and Country
Smiley’s Town and Country was founded in 1948 by Mr. Albert Smiley. In 1979, the Guido family took over the flower shop and changed the business name from Smiley’s to their family name. In 2006, present owners Jackie and Jay Scanlon took over ownership of the shop. While exploring, Jackie found letters from the original wooden SMILEY’S sign and renamed the business for its founder. You can see those letters in the shop today! Ten years later, Smiley’s is going strong as the community’s florist of choice! Smiley’s Town and Country is also a proud member of the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce.
